Ordering

Your order is placed when you press the confirm button in the checkout. At this point your order is not considered to be accepted and enters our order processing stage where we further check the stock as our stock position is updated every 15 minutes. We will then confirm your order is ready to collect within the next 2 hours.

If you order is for a nonstock item we will confirm your request and place the order, we will then contact you upon receipt of the product to ourselves which would usually be within 10-14 working days. The confirmation then constitutes an agreement between yourself and us as intention to purchase.

Availability

Every effort is made to ensure that the items we feature on our website are in stock. However, in the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable or out of stock, we would take steps to contact you either by email or telephone to advise you. You are then entitled to cancel your order completely, exchange for a different product or if the item is temporarily out of stock, if you wish, wait for the item to come back to stock.

Pricing

Prices are inclusive of VAT and all prices are stated in pounds sterling. In the event of an incorrect product price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund and notification by email.
